The idea of this scared enigmatic girl composition with crows born in my mind more than 10 years ago when I was at school... but I found the good way and technique to visualize it only today... I often paint girls, that are me, abandoned in empty spaces, with a sense of frozen threatening dangerous situation where the girls are both victims and executioner. I always loved children’s books since my early years at school, and now it is my job since more than 10 years. This piece was made outside commissions thought, is one of my personal uncommissioned pieces.
